Our Brokerage Structure

Our brokerage fee is set at 1.5 to 2.5% of the sale consideration from both parties, encompassing both the buyer and the seller. In instances where the seller is identified as a village bhumidar and is unwilling to cover our brokerage, the full 3 to 5% brokerage responsibility is shifted to the buyer. The exact percentage is contingent upon the deal size or overall negotiated value.

Payment Terms

For seller, our fees are to be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment plan with the buyer (as and when the buyer makes the payment).

As for the buyer, full brokerage fees must be paid upon the land registry.
